Shauree Gaikwad
Corporate, Commercial & IP LawShauree Gaikwad is the founder of Wayver. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, part of India's National Law University system | among India's most selective public law schools, known for producing lawyers who work with leading law firms, courts, companies, policy institutions, and public bodies.
During law school, Shauree consistently ranked among the top ten students in her batch, building a strong academic foundation in corporate law, commercial law, and legal research.
Her approach has been shaped by her experience at AZB & Partners | one of India's leading full-service corporate law firms | and Samvad Partners, a leading mid-sized Indian corporate law firm with strong transactional and advisory practices. At Wayver, Shauree brings this training into a founder-facing and business-conscious legal practice.
Her focus is on clear, practical legal advice that supports how clients protect their brands, structure relationships, hire teams, raise capital, handle data, and grow their businesses. Outside of law, Shauree is a long-distance runner, swimmer, and a keen follower of Formula 1.
